- Part I emails will be emailed to you beginning January 2011.
- Part II online access to lectures will begin on the date you specify at checkout in March 2011.
- The course handouts corresponding with the part II lectures will be mailed 1 week prior to your part II start date.
- Required text: First Aid for the USMLE Step 1, 2011 edition
Online Access Details:
- The Step 1 Online 2011 course will be available for viewing in March 2011.
- Part II online lectures are viewable over a 30-day period of time.
- Each lecture can be viewed up to 3 times over the 30-day period.
- One-week course extensions and additional viewings of a lecture can be purchased if additional time is needed.

What is the cost of the course? How can I sign-up?
The total cost for Part I and Part II is $770. Each Part cannot be purchased separately.
- For the live lectures only, the total cost may be split into two payments of $385 with the first payment made anytime before the start of the Part II lectures. Part I e-mails will begin upon receipt of the first payment. The second payment is due before the start of the Part II live lectures.

What is the refund policy?
Return / Refund Policy:
- All but $700 will be refunded at the time of purchase or until the start of the second day of lectures. This allows you to view the entire first day of lectures and still receive a 91% refund.
- 50% is refundable until the start of the third day of lectures. This allows you to view the first two days of lectures and still receive a 50% refund.
- 25% is refundable until the start of the fourth day of lectures. This allows you to view the first three days of lectures and still receive a 25% refund.
- No refunds are available after the fourth day of lectures has been viewed.
